The Cairo Economic Court issued its final verdict in case No. 533 of Year 17, declaring Sherine’s contract with Rotana fully terminated and mandating financial compensation. Lawyer Addresses Song Deletions

Kantoush clarified that Rotana’s removal of some of Sherine’s songs was unlawful, holding the company financially accountable. He added that Sherine voluntarily paid a penalty clause, freeing her to distribute both past and future works across all platforms without restrictions.
