His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has unveiled “Dubai Communities,” a digital platform designed to foster connection and engagement among the emirate’s residents. This innovative initiative aligns with Dubai’s vision to strengthen community ties and create an interactive space for individuals with shared passions and interests.
A Hub for 100 Diverse Communities
Dubai Communities” brings together approximately 100 groups spanning a wide range of interests and activities, including sports, culture, and the arts. Residents can join communities that match their hobbies, such as car enthusiasts, cycling clubs, running groups, or water sports lovers. The platform also offers art workshops, reading clubs, and networking sessions tailored to specific groups like mothers and women, ensuring something for everyone.
Strengthening Bonds in the “Year of Community”
Launched in line with the UAE’s declaration of 2025 as the “Year of Community,” this initiative reflects Dubai’s commitment to enhancing social connections among its 3.85 million residents from nearly 200 nationalities.
