Tunisian singer Latifa grieved the loss of actress Inas El Nagar, who passed away on Monday, the first day of Eid Al-Fitr 2025.
Latifa’s Heartfelt Tribute
Latifa shared a photo of Inas on Instagram, recalling her hospital visit the day before her death. “I saw you yesterday and two weeks ago, clinging to hope,” she wrote. “We spoke, you replied—I had high hopes, as did the doctors. But God’s will prevailed.” She added, “May Allah forgive you, grant you mercy, and comfort us, your mother, sister, and family. To Him we belong, and to Him we return.”
Inas’s Coma Battle
Actress Menna Galal had urged fans on Facebook, “Please pray for my dear Inas El Nagar—she’s in ICU, in a coma, needing every prayer.” Inas’s sister, Sawar, posted on Instagram Stories, “I’m Sawar. My sister Inas is very ill and needs your prayers in these blessed days. For all who love her, pray for her recovery.” Inas slipped into a coma due to blood poisoning from a ruptured gallbladder, requiring ventilators.
